Privacy policy

Last updated 20 August 2026. This policy covers liquifusion.com only. Applications we build and host for clients are governed by those clients' own policies and our agreements with them.

The short version

This is a static website. It has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share anything about you.

The only information we collect is what you deliberately type into the contact form.

The contact form

If you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or organisation, if you choose to give it
• Your message

That is delivered to us as an email. We use it to reply to you and to carry on any conversation that follows. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the two services described below.

Messages live in our email system for as long as the business relationship or enquiry is relevant. If you would like us to delete an enquiry you sent, email info@liquifusion.com and we will.

Services that handle your form submission

Cloudflare

Hosts this website and delivers it to you. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of your request — including your IP address — in order to serve the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Checks that the contact form is being submitted by a person rather than a bot. It is used instead of a CAPTCHA specifically because it does not track you across websites or build an advertising profile.

Resend

Delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email. It handles the message in transit and does not use it for anything else.

These services are used only when you submit the form, except for Cloudflare, which necessarily handles every request in order to serve the site at all.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare may set a cookie relating to security and bot protection when the contact form is used. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

Fonts and third-party content

The typeface used on this site is served from our own server rather than from a third-party font service, so that visiting these pages does not disclose your visit to anyone else. This site loads no third-party scripts, no embedded videos, no social media widgets and no advertising.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to websites we do not operate. Once you follow such a link, that site's own privacy practices apply, and we are not responsible for them.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can browse this entire website without giving us any personal information — the form is the only place that asks. To have an enquiry deleted, corrected, or to ask what we hold, email info@liquifusion.com.

Please be aware that backups of our email system may retain a copy for a period after deletion from the live system; that is a technical property of keeping backups, not a separate use of your information.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. This site does not do enough for us to expect that to happen often.
